In the early ‘60s, Ford Motor Co. was in talks to buy Ferrari but when negotiations broke down, Henry Ford II was determined to show the ‘house of Enzo’ that Ford could build a world beating racing platform.

With the racing and team success achieved by Ford powered Shelby Cobra’s Henry Ford II turned to Carroll Shelby to get the ‘W’ on the world’s biggest stage – the 24hours of LeMans. And win they did, Ford and Shelby combined for a 1-2-3 sweep of the ’66 race and the overall ‘W’ for four straight years ’66-69.

Also Available with Ford 5.7L engine 550hp & 720Nm with 5 Speed Manual.
